Nutrition and Wellness for The Thin Blue Line

In a profession founded upon dedicating long hours to protect and serve others, it can be difficult for police officers to make themselves a priority. Day in and day out, they tirelessly work to defend this nation against evil. Unfortunately, the health and wellness of these warriors often fall to the wayside.

Optimal nutrition and physical fitness are unique in the law enforcement world. Your life depends on being fit, but there are many obstacles to achieving the level of fitness necessary for the job. While I am by no means a police officer, I have done my research and I have observed the ups and downs of being on the job. This FREE nutrition and wellness manual is geared specifically towards LEOs and I can only hope that it will impact lives both on- and off-duty.
